You have 7 calendar days to apply for a return from the date you received your item. Requests made after this 7-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
- Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be damaged.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or valid proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@viteshopper.com. Once your return request is approved:
- Collection: We will arrange for a shipping agent to collect the item from your registered address. You do not need to drop off the item at a courier hub.
- Preparation: Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original box to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or as otherwise agreed).
- Timeline: The refund will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.
